Community Impact
Building for people, not just buildings
Masterplan Highlights
Reimagining Urban Green Space
Uttara Land envisions transforming underutilised land — including TNB pylon reserves — into accessible public spaces that connect communities. Our plans include a green walking path linking residential areas directly to the nearby MRT station, creating a safe, shaded corridor for daily commuters and families alike.
Beyond transit connectivity, the masterplan incorporates community parks, urban farming plots, and pet-friendly spaces — turning forgotten pockets of land into vibrant gathering places that serve residents of all ages.
These initiatives are part of the KL North masterplan vision and are subject to planning approvals and development phasing.
Community Programme
Responsible Relocation
Uttara Land works in partnership with DBKL (Kuala Lumpur City Hall) to facilitate the structured relocation of long-term residents from Lot 9714, Jinjang Selatan Tambahan. The JST Rehousing Programme includes replacement housing at Residensi Azalea Kepong, formal compensation agreements, and a transparent ballot process to ensure fair outcomes for all affected residents.
Ongoing since 2008, this programme reflects Uttara Land’s commitment to community-first development — ensuring that urban progress does not come at the expense of the people who have called these neighbourhoods home for generations.
